LevelFlex+ FINISH is a flexible, fibre-reinforced, rapid setting, protein-free smoothing and levelling compound, designed for preparing subfloors prior to the installation of resilient floor coverings. LevelFlex+ FINISH has been developed specifically to give an excellent surface finish, allowing resilient floor coverings to be applied directly to the surface. LevelFlex+ FINISH has also been developed with rapid setting and drying properties, allowing for foot traffic after 2.5 hours and is ready to receive resilient floor coverings such as PVC, LVT, carpet & textile and sheet vinyl after as little as 4 hours.

LevelFlex+ FINISH can be applied from 2mm – 60mm in one application without the need for additional aggregates, and is moisture tolerant, making it suitable for use prior to the installation of Tilemaster FAST One Coat DPM.

LevelFlex+ FINISH can be used on a large variety of substrates, including sand & cement screeds, concrete, timber, flooring grade asphalt/bitumen and existing ceramic, porcelain, natural stone tiles and vinyl tiles. LevelFlex+ FINISH can be used on underfloor heated screeds, retrofit overlay underfloor heating systems and is ideal for encapsulating electric underfloor heating elements.
