Description
ARDEX P4 Primer is a ready mixed, rapid drying, multi-purpose, drip free solvent free primer.
ARDEX P4 Primer can be used on internal and external walls, ceilings and floors. The consistency of ARDEX P 4 Primer has been optimised so that dripping and splashes are virtually eliminated. For use prior to the installation of ARDEX tile adhesives and floor-levelling compounds. ARDEX P 4 Primer produces a textured grip which facilitates tile-on-tile application, eliminating the risk of adhesives slipping when being applied to smooth surfaces. It is the ideal primer for use in areas which may become damp or wet such as kitchens bathrooms and porches, etc. If a damp-proof membrane is required consult the ARDEX DPM1C datasheet.
ARDEX P4 Primer is suitable for use on substrates such as:
- Concrete
- Cement and lime renders
- Sand/cement screeds
- Ceramic Tiles and slabs

- Levelling and smoothing compounds
